Poran Shrem gave the United Israel Appeal (LTA) - LOANER TECHNICAL ADDVISERS - to oversee all the management and execution processes of a number of projects nationwide. Among the projects supervised by the company were the School of Management at the Western Galilee College (over NIS 50m), the Shlomi School (over 15M), the Western Galilee School (over NIS 15m), the establishment of a winery in Kishorit Work, gallery, offices, warehouse, tasting shop and sales area of about 700 square meters.
