At Poran Shrem, the Systems Coordination and BIM Department provides coordination services using the BIM methodology. This includes creating superposition plans, wall layouts, and coordination plans for all building systems. A system coordinator produces non-conformance and clash reports and tracks corrections by planners. A model manager controls planning progress, oversees model construction, organization, and quality control, and creates a common language for information sharing among consultants.
