Setting project objectives, defining work processes, formulating programs and specifications, and developing and writing a structured Project Management Plan (PMP) enable and support clients in decision-making, project initiation, and ongoing management.
During the planning process, the project manager leads the transformation of the client's program into planning documents (plans, specifications, and bills of quantities) from the initial planning stage, through final and detailed planning, to the tender phase and contractor selection. Typically, the planning process concludes with the completion of execution, project closure, and handover to the client. Throughout this process, engineering and financial controls are conducted to ensure compliance with program requirements, budget frameworks, and schedules.
During the execution phase, the project manager leads a team of engineering supervisors in civil engineering and systems. They are responsible for the processes carried out to complete the work as defined in the tender documents, using a structured and professional system of work procedures for managing execution and ensuring and controlling the quality of the contractors' work, combined with supportive technological platforms.
Control and monitoring processes, as practiced in national and international projects according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology, are an integral and structured part of the company's work processes and procedures since its establishment. These processes enable optimal monitoring of project plan implementation, identification of discrepancies, and highlighting of critical issues requiring senior management attention throughout the project's lifecycle
The project does not end with the handover to clients and occupancy. The closure processes include finalizing agreements, contracts, and engagements, as well as acceptance procedures, quality control, and assurance of the project and its deliverables, scope control, validation, and training and transfer to the client. Additionally, this is the stage where we conduct a structured process of lessons learned to improve and refine management processes for future projects
