Fourth-year student in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing  professional documents, including meeting minutes, progress reports, tracking dashboards, and presentations

  • Taking part in key planning and execution meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders

  • Supporting the ongoing monitoring of project schedules, budgets, work plans, and design progress

  • Working with advanced project management systems while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders – including design teams, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions

Skills:

  • Availability for 2–3 workdays per week (flexible according to academic schedule)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
